Credit Card Roadmap Consultation Terms

Last updated:

These terms apply to purchases of the Credit Card Roadmap personalized consultation service.

By accepting these terms at checkout, you agree to the terms below.

Your personalized consultation package

Credit Card Roadmap is a consulting and educational service. For a one-time payment of $329, your package includes:

  • One 60-minute personalized initial consultation.
  • One 30-minute follow-up consultation, to be scheduled and completed within 60 days of the initial consultation.
  • Email support as described below.
  • Lifetime access to the Credit Card Roadmap app, as defined below.
  • The Roadmap Promise — 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

Your initial consultation is a personalized strategy session based on your circumstances and goals. It may cover your current cards, credit card rewards goals, spending patterns, application timing, issuer rules, eligibility considerations, welcome offers, rewards strategy, cards you may want to consider, and how to organize and implement your Credit Card Roadmap.

Your follow-up consultation

The included 30-minute follow-up is an opportunity to review your progress and implementation, answer questions that came up after the initial consultation, discuss relevant developments, and make reasonable adjustments to your strategy when appropriate.

Please schedule and complete this consultation within 60 days of your initial 60-minute consultation. The follow-up builds on your roadmap; it is not an entirely new consulting engagement or a complete strategy rebuild based on substantially different circumstances.

Email support along the way

During the first 60 days after your initial consultation, you receive especially hands-on implementation support by email. We encourage you to reach out with reasonable questions about your personalized roadmap, recommendations discussed during your consultations, credit card applications, issuer rules, welcome offers, rewards, implementation of your strategy, or use of the app.

You are still welcome to email us after those first 60 days with reasonable questions about your roadmap or use of the app. We want to remain a resource as you continue your credit card rewards journey.

Ongoing email access does not mean unlimited lifetime consulting. Email support does not include additional full consulting sessions, extensive new strategy development, complete strategy rebuilds based on substantially changed circumstances, or unlimited professional consulting work by email. We do not guarantee response times.

Lifetime app access

The $329 package includes lifetime access to the Credit Card Roadmap app. “Lifetime access” means access for as long as Credit Card Roadmap continues to operate and continues to make the application available. It does not mean your lifetime or create an obligation to operate a particular application or software service indefinitely.

Access is intended for the purchasing customer. It cannot be resold or shared as a commercial service. The app may include card tracking, issuer-rule information, card offers, benefits, and educational resources; features may change over time.

App access ends if you receive a full refund, as explained below.

The Roadmap Promise — 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you complete your initial consultation and do not feel the service was valuable or the right fit for you, contact us within 30 calendar days of that consultation and we will refund your full $329 consultation fee to the original payment method.

The 30-day period begins on the date your initial 60-minute consultation takes place. To request a refund, email contact@creditcardroadmap.com. You do not need to provide a detailed explanation. We may invite feedback, but it is optional and is never a condition of receiving your refund.

This is a satisfaction guarantee for our consulting service. It is not a guarantee of financial results, approvals, points, rewards, or any particular outcome.

When a full refund is issued:

  • Any unused consultation services end, including the 30-minute follow-up if it has not already taken place.
  • Included email support ends.
  • Access to the Credit Card Roadmap app ends.
  • Other benefits associated with the paid consulting package end.

Cancellation, rescheduling, and missed appointments

If you change your mind before your initial 60-minute consultation has taken place, you may cancel and receive a full refund of your $329 payment. Email us at contact@creditcardroadmap.com to request cancellation.

You may reschedule your consultations. Please give reasonable advance notice whenever possible so we can arrange another time. There is no fixed 24-hour or 48-hour notice requirement.

If you miss a scheduled consultation without advance notice, you have one opportunity to reschedule it. A missed appointment does not automatically cause you to lose your entire payment or end our relationship. We may decline repeated rescheduling or repeated missed appointments. These scheduling provisions do not limit your cancellation or Roadmap Promise refund rights described above.

Educational information and personalized guidance

Credit Card Roadmap provides educational information and personalized guidance. We are not a bank, lender, credit card issuer, credit repair company, investment adviser, or financial institution.

You remain responsible for deciding whether to apply for, open, close, use, or retain any credit card or other financial product. Our guidance does not replace professional financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

No guarantees of financial or issuer outcomes

We cannot guarantee:

  • Approval for any credit card or a particular credit limit.
  • Eligibility for or receipt of any particular welcome bonus.
  • Any particular amount of points, miles, cash back, travel, savings, or monetary value.
  • Continued availability of any credit card or offer.

Banks and credit card issuers make their own approval and eligibility decisions. These limits do not change your rights under the Roadmap Promise.

Changing offers and issuer rules

Welcome offers, annual fees, benefits, rewards programs, application rules, and eligibility requirements can change. Issuers can change their policies without notice. We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and useful information, but information may become outdated or change.

Review the issuer's current official terms before applying for a card.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide reasonably accurate information to Credit Card Roadmap.
  • Review current issuer terms before applying and make your own application decisions.
  • Manage your own credit, spending, bills, and balances, and understand fees and interest.
  • Handle your own tax obligations, if applicable, and make your own financial decisions.

Credit Card Roadmap will not request unnecessary sensitive information such as full credit card numbers, online banking passwords, credit card account passwords, or Social Security numbers. Do not send these details through onboarding, the app, consultations, or email. Enter payment details only in Stripe's checkout.

Payment

The $329 one-time payment must be completed before your initial consultation. Payments are processed through Stripe.

Privacy

Customer information submitted through checkout, onboarding, the application, email, or consultations is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We will use reasonable care in providing the service. We do not control card issuers, rewards programs, or other third-party services, and are not responsible for their decisions or changes to their products. These limitations do not restrict the Roadmap Promise or the cancellation and refund rights described in these terms.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or takes away any consumer rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.

If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
